The entire process of buying a house using a realtor from this company has been a nightmare. After going to my closing without the realtor even showing up. I still have not gotten the keys to my house and keep getting nothing but excuses as to why I don't have the keys. I am not able to speak one on one with my realtor. He is avoiding me. It has been over three days now and still no keys and no way to contact the realtor. I will never tell anyone to use this company.
