The housing market is hot in Greenville and surrounding area. T Upton an EXP agent posted a listing on FB inviting interested parties to contact her or have their agent cont her for more information. Well after 6 phone calls. leaving a voicemail, and an email to her contact information, no return call. I was interested in the house and prepared to make an offer.
