A black lady (customer) politely requesting for a refund, was verbally and physically assaulted by the owner of the store. The aggressor also used the N-word. Shocking video, the victim’s scream indicate she was terrified and in shock when she was physically assaulted by a man who is three times her size.
Customer service is horrible the ASPCA should investigate y'all. No one in there right mind should ever patronize this so called business. The staff is a mess and the store is subpar. Don't ever shop here it's a waste of time and money.

I saw a video of this store refusing to give a customer a refund. And then a man who I believe is an owner assaulted this woman. He is three times the woman’s size. Don’t do business with them.
If I was able to give it a minus star I would. So if people are rude and disrespectful the man I assume who owns the shop likes to physically assault patrons. And he's a racist so if you're not white and proud I would suggest you don't shop at this racist establishment. 👎👎👎

The owner (a man) violently assaulted a woman in July. She was just calmly asking for a refund. She sustained bruising and a concussion after he picked her up, threw her to the ground and kicked her while she lay there. See video link below.
