The owner's son brutally attacked a women for asking for a refund. That's disgusting!! There is no way I would ship in this store. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
Never did and never will support a business who put their hands on a customer. Sure customers can be annoying but that doesn't give you the right to put your hands on them
Rude staff, owner had anger issues and will try to beat anyone that gets him made. They don't take care of their animals and leave their cages a mess
A black lady (customer) politely requesting for a refund, was verbally and physically assaulted by the owner of the store. The aggressor also used the N-word. Shocking video, the victim’s scream indicate she was terrified and in shock when she was physically assaulted by a man who is three times her size.
Customer service is horrible the ASPCA should investigate y'all. No one in there right mind should ever patronize this so called business. The staff is a mess and the store is subpar. Don't ever shop here it's a waste of time and money.
