Highly recommend for anyone!!! I feel in love with pole dancing and I look forward to going to class every time. They have all types of classes in multiple locations. Students and teachers are all so supportive and encouraging. It feels like a big family. When I first started I was very shy and reserved. This place gave me the confidence I have been lacking my whole life. For once in my life I actually feel happy with my body and comfortable in my own skin. Finally an exercise class that I enjoy.
