My daughter absolutely loves the Flex n Flow class! It has really helped her with her flexibility, balance, and confidence. The instructors are patient and encouraging, making sure she feels supported while being challenged to improve. I’ve already noticed how much more fluid and strong her movements have become since starting. It’s such a positive environment, and I love seeing her grow both physically and mentally each week. Highly recommend for any parent looking to help their child build flexibility and strength!
These classes are awesome, challenging and motivating and the instructors are inspiring. I highly recommend.

Shelly was literally an amazing time. She made the bachelorette party I was at so much fun. She was very patient and kind, and such a pleasure to be around. Will definitely be back. 10/10!!
I’ve taken 2 classes already and will be signing up for the month. Trust me when I tell you, you can do it. I really signed up for fun with the girls thinking it was going to be once and that’s it. It went a lot better than I expected. You do learn, it is hard, but there are techniques to make it easier. Definitely fun! Try it at least once.
