I’ve taken 2 classes already and will be signing up for the month. Trust me when I tell you, you can do it. I really signed up for fun with the girls thinking it was going to be once and that’s it. It went a lot better than I expected. You do learn, it is hard, but there are techniques to make it easier. Definitely fun! Try it at least once.
While I haven't had the pleasure of a class or studio time here (sadly the universe had other plans), I want to give some light to the staff whose prompt replies and kindness make me excited for the next time I'm back in FL. I hope my next time back down I can make it over for a class or a pole jam, because you can tell the crew running this studio care. My friends and I went to this establishment and we had a blast. Rosa was our instructor. She was fabulous. We went through four different Routines. she was extremely encouraging and strong. The location of the studio centralized a great place to host a bachelorette party or just a gathering with friends. It was an excellent workout within the one hour. I burned over 457 cal. I strongly encourage everyone who was looking for a new experience to go check out exotic workouts, Fort Lauderdale.
Went for a bachelorette party & Rosa was so fun, helpful and a GREAT instructor! We came with 7 girls. We went thru some many types of work outs & a time was had! Definitely a 10/10
