Cristela was absolutely amazing. I was never able to meet with them in person. She and her team did everything on my behalf. They were able to match the stone, measure it and install it. They were very fast and reliable! I will definitely get my next countertop job done with them!
I highly recommend Exotic Stone Works. Pablo and his crew did such beautiful work on the counters themselves. Their prices were extremely competitive. Pablo moved his schedule around to make sure all the work being done in my kitchen was done in the right order to minimize possible issues. I couldn’t be happier with the work. Pablo and his team showed pride in ownership as well as took very good care of my home. I will use them again and again. so appreciate these guys!!
I will not use them and do not recommend them! The owner, Pablo, was very unprofessional. I do not like to stack negative reviews on companies and my father already posted a review, but their actions were not just directed at my father and he left some items out. 1). The install crew broke a water pipe, text us a picture that it was broken, only to have the owner deny that his company broke it in the first place. Maxwell was referred to me by my Father in law. He did their countertops in their remodel and they where amazing. Our Experience was no diffrent. The communication and help along the way Maxwell provided was top Notch. The quality of the work was everything I expected and more. When Its time to re do a countertop Ill be calling Maxwell.
