RecommendedMy name is Jack, I recently had some audio work done on my 2014 Genesis. I had a couple of blown speakers in the doors. I was aware of their many custom installations, but the owner ( G) gave me a spot, on their heavy schedule. He did not, try to up sale, or pressure me at all. just good advice and great workmanship. 5 stars in my book.
The work done in my RV was extremely neat. Everything was tucked away and you couldn’t tell they took anything apart. Great work. I had an issue with my radio and they swapped it out with no issue in about 20 minutes. G is the boss here and he runs a great place. Eric worked on my van along with G and they both are extremely detailed and professional.
Mr. G and the crew know how to get things done. I've been using Exotic Sounds for years to keep my system going and G has always come through for me. Yes, you may have to wait a little while for him to get to you, but the man is busy but he and his guys know what they are doing. If I have a problem, the guys at Exotic Sounds will fix it. These guys are a joke. They only accept cash and don't have an ATM. I brought a credit card to pay and unknowingly was told they only accept cash after they dd my install. I went home to get cash and by the time I got home, they filed a police report against me for non-payment and I had a Sargent contact me to pay them? I would caution everyone to not do business with them. Total Shyster's!
Had them do a sub install. Their work is professional grade.
I had Exotic Sounds install my Pioneer AVH head-unit and do the wiring for an extra amp in my Audi A4 08'. The wiring and organization they did was so professional and the mounting on my amp in a perfect spot. After the install my sub needed to be tuned with all the crossover and EQ settings and they tuned it up and had my system sounding better than I've ever heard it. G is the only reason I will only go to Exotic Sounds now because of his shops great work and price!
