I'm really blown away by the negative reviews. First of all, yes, wholesale only, hence the signs. Second thing, problems, of course they only offer 10% off on SW, they only carry SW, the FW comes from Southland (another great company). Also, in this business there are always problems, what matters is: will they take care of you? I have NEVER been denied or hassled about a claim. 99% of my order is always well packed an in great condition. They also call me and let me know about out of stocks and other issues.
