The first time I went here in 2024, the woman did a great job copying the photo of the nails I showed her. I went back last month to get dip nails/acrylics again and the outcome was just terrible. It looked absolutely nothing like the photo I showed, and I paid $80 for it. I ended up clipping them all off a week later because of how annoyed and horrible they looked. I need a refund.. it’s been probably a week since I’ve had these nails and I’ve tried to let them grow on me by honestly just can’t. I don’t even like posting negative stuff on here, but it’s just the worst experience I’ve had. I waited an hour for these nails not even what I asked for and when you look at the pictures online, it looks way different. My nails are already chipping and they’re crooked.
