Loved this salon, me and my sister always got our nails done here. My last appointment was with Jen and she did an amazing job (first picture), my nails have never looked better. Went back this week and another lady did my nails, Helen (second picture) I think she was doing her best to get me out of there as quickly as possible and the set she gave me has really inconsistent french tips! also this nail salon does NOT sanitize drill bits or tools between clients! this leads to nail fungus! also 65$ for a fill!
Linda at Exotic Nails & Spa is seriously the best! All her designs are hand-painted, and the attention to detail shows. Every nail was perfectly even in length and thickness, and not bulky either, which is a rare to find. It's not just Linda though, the whole team there is talented. You can tell they actually care about their work and take the time to make each set unique to you! If you want quality nails that actually look clean and professionally done, this is the place to go.

I made a last minute apt today for 9:30 am John I think his name is was so accommodating, and I believe his son or the younger gentleman did both my services. I was just passing through town. Would definitely go back. Great people!
I love this salon more than any one i’ve been to in kelowna!!!! Great pricing, amazing results and the best customer service - they actually remember every customer as well! i’ve had eric every time i’ve been and he’s genuinely soooo sweet and great at this job, always makes me laugh! 10/10 always recommend!
