Service was horrible. Very rushed and dismissive. got a pedicure. She chopped in to my cuticle. Nails wear uneven. And mt polish was clumpy

Stopped for a pedicure. Because of my sex and race, I was told they were closed during business hours. Never experienced this treatment in South Florida. I have paid $75 for convenience alone in other places. So disappointed. Probably won't recommend them on treatment alone.

I did my pedicure and was pretty good, but my manicure was not good, the person who did my manicure told me she most replace my nail tips for a new ones, so I accepted but the way she used to take them out was very painful, she was rude and careless, instead of told her it was hurting me and go away in this moment, I decided to give her the opportunity, when she finished my nails she noticed two of them were not good, honestly she offers me to redo my two nails immediately, I really don’t accepted it because the technic she ... read more

Worst experience. Extremely rude. Zero customer service and no attention to detail in the work. Do not recommend whatsoever.

I went yesterday for the first time and Jenny did my nails. She said gel can last up to 3 weeks. Later that day I was doing laundry and the tip of one nail fell off. Tammy did my pedicure and she was good. I went back the next day to fix my nail, and instead of saying I’m sorry that happened I’ll fix it. She blamed it on me asking me what I did. I was very upset. I didn’t want it to have to back the next day. She fixed it and I’m thankful, but I’m not going back there ever again. Bad work horrible customer service.
