This was the 2nd time I've had a pedicure there. Last year when I went, they did a great job. This time the man who did my nails was overly rough and cut very deep into my cuticle, causing bleeding. I've had small nicks before, but not like this. My toe is throbbing and now red and swollen. I'm terrified of getting an infection, I've been soaking it in alcohol.
