Always been good since they got new owners , I go ever two weeks for a fill & tip every time💜
This was the worst experience that I have ever had. First of all, my friend and I sit down and say that we want acrylic nails and they just try to paint them...if you are doing nails as a job, you need to know what acrylic is. Then, we get told to change stations, no big deal there, but my friend sat for 30 minutes without anyone even touching her nails. When a guy finally went over to do her nails, he stayed on his phone for the majority of the time and would walk away for no reason. That is incredibly poor customer service... read more
