Made an appointment and was told everything was good to come in then I got there and was told that all the techs went home and no one could take me very unprofessional

Started coming about 2 yrs ago so glad I did, Cindy is the absolute best nail tech i ever had. She listens, cares and makes sure its exactly what i want, my nails last never lift, I get lots of compliments on them never thick or uneven, Collette does my eyebrows and she is excellent I will not go anywhere else and definitely recommend this place!!
I'm trying to grow out my nails and asked the nail tech to soak and remove the gel I previously had on. She suggested my nails would be too brittle so I should thin down the current fill and let them grow out without fully removing the gel. I agree that was fine. She asked me if I would like them more squared (they were previously oval) and i said more squared was fine. She started and never stopped to asked if the length or shape she was doing was ok I paid over $40 (without tip) for them to use the drill to file them down ... read more
