My friend and I called for appointments for an 11:00 time slot. When I made the appointments, I specifically asked for both appointments at 11 as we had other plans for the day. When we showed up there were 2 women working and we were told to choose our colors. As we were doing this another woman came in for an 11:00 appointment.
