I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a couple of months and today I had a terrible experience. The nail technician was trimming my nails and one of my toenails started bleeding cause I could see in the towel and then even say sorry disregard she said scrubbing, and she scrub so hard she scrub my leg. I think the technician shouldn’t be even working in their very very rude not patient. I was a first in there and she was doing a rush very disappointed would like to near future talk to the manager.
I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. It’s not the fanciest nail salon, but the nail techs are friendly and do a really nice job. They are not pushy or try to up sell the service. There are several retails like Ross, Grocery Outlet, Five Under, Dollar Tree, Savers within walking distance, and Trader Joe’s just 2 blocks away, so it’s convenient.
Love it there I drive from fontana to get my nails done and will continue great place everyone there is friendly.
