I brought Joel my 2019 Porsche Macan when I had a pesky check engine light that no one could figure out. Mechanic 1 - checked everything and said car was good to go and reset the fault (light came back on ) Mechanic 2 - told me I needed a new vacuum pump. This was either a complete scam or this guy is bad at his job! Mechanic 3 (Joel) - looked at the car for 5 minutes, advised the Vacuum pump was totally fine and found a loose screw near one of the valves with a little bit of oil on it. Can’t say enough good things about Joel and Exotic Motorworks. Talk about going the extra mile, he came to me in a 7 story parking garage and ended up getting my dead car started ( Porsche GT4 ), replaced the battery, and couldn’t have been more responsive to my particular needs. Highly recommended.
