The 3.4 ct marquis halo'd 25th anniversary ring for my wife had some (5) of the tiny diamonds on the flanking rings fall out due to broken prongs. Took it to 2 other jewelry fixing/cleaning specialist stores at Lakeline and this store gave us the lowest price along with a 1 hr fix time. The others quoted up to almost double the cost and/or would have to send it out and take a few days to get it fixed.
