Lack of professionalism. I had scheduled an appointment since there was no availability the same day, which is fine and understandable! I came the next day for my appointment only for the front desk lady to tell me the stylist was sick and couldn’t take my appointment. Again, fine and understandable but I was not called about this cancellation or notified until I had to make my way in person. Waste of time. Please go elsewhere if you wish to be respected
Best place in queens , the owner is super profesional !! They have the best prices ! ! Excellent service , they put hair extensions with the best sistem i ever had , they also sale real hair by order 100% real !
I forgot the stylist name But he was so good! There’s no hair dryer btw So it’s just wash and blow dry or flatiron They offered coffee or tea. Which was cute. But yes, I liked the service It was quick, I didn’t have to wait. And it is right by my job, so even better, I literally stoped by on my lunch break & was out within 30min, my hair is mid back length.- for reference.

Tiene minino 20 especializaciones de maquillaje , balayage , extensiones y sigue contando , es lo máximo súper noble el servicio es el mejor !!! Siempre te ofrecen café , vino , agua súper buen servicio , nunca cambiaré Más yet en extensiones de pelo sabe todas las técnicas es un mostruo
Been going to the manicurist for 3 years following her everywhere she goes. Amazing service, does a great job in her cleaning. Have done my eyebrows with Andre and the skillset is AMAZING. The waxing, facial, etc is beyond amazing and the hair stylist are overall phenomenal. The entire team is great, professional, and make your time pleasant while you’re there. Definitely recommend!!
