My husband bought Pandora items in this store for Christmas. Beware, even though we went in with the original receipt, we were told that the store policy is that there are no refunds, only store credits. Had they of informed my husband of this policy, he may have rethought his purchase. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we have to return to use up this credit.

I can't say enough good things about Exotic Gems in the Port Charlotte mall.They always have what I'm looking for. If not,their store in Bradenton does and they have it sent over the next day. I was looking for something from Pandora the Pandora website said that that location did not have it. But I checked anyway and they did. I was so excited. Great family owned store. Love it 🥰🥰🥰
