Coco and Vince are alway over the top with help kindness and no rush they’re the absolute best in the business. I’d refer them to everybody and anybody they just are just wonderful.
Great service!!! The gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful! I had a tiny diamond in my wedding band replaced and the prongs fixed and a necklace repaired. The price was good and the repairs look great! When I came to pick them up, the same gentleman helped me. He was just as friendly and even cleaned and buffed my engagement ring and other band and look brand new. I'll definitely be back!!!
The best place to get your watches serviced!
My husband bought Pandora items in this store for Christmas. Beware, even though we went in with the original receipt, we were told that the store policy is that there are no refunds, only store credits. Had they of informed my husband of this policy, he may have rethought his purchase. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we have to return to use up this credit.
Exotic Gems an excellent jewelry store. The sales associates Rick and Jee were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.
