I purchased a motorcycle from Jose at Exotic Garage on July 16th 2024. When I didn’t receive the title 30 days after I paid for the motorcycle, I contacted him and he promised me that he will file the application. I texted Jose twice, and called him once over a three day span before he returned my call. He kept promising me the title and never followed through.
