Zero stars. Unfortunate for this company and the owners. They renamed their business. Absolute horrible customers service. The owner Somara Mullings racially attacked an Indian woman and family referring to them as peasants that are like the people she would hire to clean her home. Hateful racial slurs against the Indian community. I would really think twice before providing business to such degrading people with horrible character. Reliable Flower Shop I have tired of sending flowers and not having them delivered on the day I request. Thanks to Exotic Florist I now will never have to deal with that again. In addtion to always delivering on the date I request they also have some of the freshest flowers I have seen.

HORRIBLE--BIG LIARS! It is 8:15pm on Mother's Day and neither Mother has received anything! I ordered two $60 bouquets on Friday morning at 10am. I received an email confirmation for my order, to be delivered in two days, Mother's Day. When, as of 3pm today nothing had arrived, i called the shop, where I was assured they were on the way. The woman I spoke to said she even remembered the name of one of the receipient's and "knew" it was on it's way. I called the shop back at 5:10pm and no answer and no one has picked up again... read more

Worst place ever.never shop at this place the delivery time is fake….I needed some flowers ready on Thursday for my friends birthday on Thursday they call me at 7 at night saying the flowers would be ready for the next day I say I want to cancel my order the lady in charge which was super disrespectful and rude said that the order can not be cancelled while I was arguing with the owner she hangs up….. please never shop here what a waste of money

The worst experience I have had in quite some time. The only thing I can say about the people here at exotic florist. They are cons, plan and clear. STAY AWAY!!!

Best florist in the area! I've ordered from here several times, and have received very beautiful arrangements. I'm not sure what's going on with the few bad reviews on this site but personally have had a great experience with the company.
