Edit: I moved into my second home and used Javier one again. This time for a much larger project that he absolutely killed! 11/10 across the board The boys truly made my floors go from a 4/10 to a 10/10. I barely understand what they did but I understand the difference it made in my new home. Javier and the guys are the best, hands down. Thank you all
We used Exotic Flooring & Design to refinish the oak floors that we have throughout our home. They wrapped the kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, and furniture in plastic before sanding the floors. We did not have any dust in the house when they finished the job. The crew was professional and respectful. We highly recommend Exotic Flooring based on the beautiful job they did installing new oak flooring in our living and dining rooms. Javier's crew took great pains to carefully remove existing carpet and subfloor and then install new red oak flooring to match the floors in adjacent rooms. They took extra care and effort to get the color and sheen match right and to make 100% certain we were happy with it. Some go the extra mile, Javier and his crew of craftsmen went an extra 3 for my home! Professional crew, attention to detail, care for their craft, great communication... I can go on.
