Had to get body work done on my vehicle. Figured if had to get a rental might as well enjoy the experience. The staff was super friendly! I worked at first with a lady on the truck side of things and she was super helpful and nice! Once I knew a little more I spoke with the correct team. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a vehicle I would enjoy. I wanted Ferrari but I don't have Ferrari money. At Enterprise, I was able to rent a BMW which is the same model as my personal car. So no need to learn bells and whistles of an unfamiliar car. Customer service was polite and fast. I had no problems with the rental car. Enterprise does a great job!
