Terrible experience. We booked a S-Class for a wedding almost 2 months in advance and once we got there, the only option we were given was an Audi Q5 stating that it is actually an ‘Upgrade’ to S-Class. Imagine you are left without an option just 2 hours before your wedding. Jonathan at the counter wasn’t helpful as well. I have never experienced this kind of poor service from enterprise before.

Bad experience there. Call in about getting their rental a car wash. Person on phone said okay. When I got there. One person said I have to take it back to where I got it from. So offended, I told them I'm not driving 6hr get get their rental a car wash. One person said wait 1 hr. Another person said come back afternoon. No straight information.
Called and called the numbers provided I even left an email to extend my rental but they never once answered the phone, so I was charged additional $205 for the days they didn’t answer when I could of got my same weekly rate for that much shouldn’t be the customers fault if your company cannot answer the phone, email and can’t return phone calls. Now seeing more reviews I understand this is common !!
