Let me start off by saying Alex does seem like a good dude, and for the most part he is nice to talk with. However, I recently brought my car in to sort out a battery drain issue my car was having. He said no worries, quoted me $350 to investigate and chase down the issue, and if the repair cost more he would let me know. Awesome. Well after some thoughts, it’s best we add our side to this review. Yes there was some lack of communication being there wasn’t much progress or news to communicate. That is 100% correct. As for the rest of it, it’s pretty insulting to our character and values. I had recently done my own research on what type of speakers and head unit I wanted to install in my vehicle made my order from Crutchfield and brought it here to Exotic Car audio they hooked it all together with no problems exactly as I asked. I bought a car stereo at best buy prior to COVID. They stopped doing installs so I made an appointment with Exotic for an install. I was well aware I was going to pay top dollar for an install of a product I did not buy from them...totally understand that. When I arrived I decided that I would purchase a back up camera and USB port from them to install as well. I'm so impressed with this place! My car radio/CD player went dead about 6 mos. ago, and I've been without music since then. When I had some work done on my A/C at Spencer Automotive, I asked about my car radio, and they recommended Exotic Car Audio. this guy is rude.i had a quoted price on a installation, and he added 80$ when I brought my car in.then charged me 50$ cancellation fee.totally wrong.i am contacting better business b.Im not going to let him RIP me off.i will be posting on every review apps there is.Dont use this place
The guys at Exotic pay attention to detail for sure. You can go anywhere and get something put into your vehicle, however it might not be done correctly. At Exotic they pride themselves on being honest, and providing quality work at reasonable pricing. I have had many different vehicles done by Alex and his team and have never been disappointed. They have even helped me fix issues that other shops didn’t do correctly. When you want to be sure you will be a priority and taken care of, you want to take your vehicles to Exotic.
Trusted Alex and his team to add a subwoofer sytem & alarm system to my 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite. They did an amazing job with top brand products. Best speaker box I have ever owned, Alex and the rest of the guys over at Exotic kept in communication during the course of the build and made sure it matched my requirements perfectly. Its been a few months now and the car still sounds great. I couldn't recommend them enough.
