My daughter went in there today to get a blow out done on her hair and the woman burned her scalp and my daughter told her numerous times about it. I understand how this is done since I’ve been with her numerous times to get her hair done at other places. If you don’t listen to your customer that’s paying you to do a job don’t do it. Tried this place due to good reviews. I’m not sure if because I didn’t make an appt/new customer , but I wanted basic layers and trim to clean up my ends. She asked me if I wanted volume which usually means do not use straightener,just blowout. She pulled my hair so much when blow drying, put curls with a straighter and gave the worst haircut ever.
