Staff is extremely helpful.
Just went into this place about 5 min ago and was very impressed. Employees very attentive and helpful. Store was very clean and impressive to look at. Definitely will be a store i come to to purchase livestock and other products!!!!
RecommendedI haven't come across one employee yet who hasn't been helpful, gracious, and so willing to answer as many questions as I happen to have that day, no matter how silly I think it might be. Conversely, if it's a day that I want to go in and "just look", they're cool with that too! Have a very nice Collection of u need
This is my lfs does to the guys actually knowing their business, well kept and clean tanks, and pretty much all the livestock I've gotten from them has been top notch. My gorgeous neocaridinas bred pretty much immediately, eat well, etc. and they sell a wide variety of good value and quality plants. They've been very helpful in my journey of getting more tanks and soon even more fish. Shout outside to Matt, Preston, and Scott (I think, I'm not great with names) for making my 20H a success!
I visited your store for the first time today and was very impressed! The store is very clean and the fish selection is amazing. The fish looked very happy and healthy!! We picked up a couple of tangs that I am certain will be just perfect in our tank here at home!! I am a very happy new customer!! Looking forward to my next purchase!!

Exotic Aquatics is one of the best fish stores in the DFW area. They may not be the biggest but their customer service is top notch. Preston is a great guy to work with along with all of the staff. Preston helped me solve an issue with one of my tanks. Great guy. I have been visiting this store for a few years now. The staff with check in with you multiple times when you visit.
