Great place! As a runner I always thought I could just run. Dave has taught me so much about how my injury occurred and the importance of core strength and balance along with strengthening my hips. Mary and Tyler always watch my form and take the time to show me the proper form especially when I get tired.
The staff at Boost in Belton are amazing, they work their hardest to do what is best for their clients and make sure they are continually improving and making progress in their rehab. Tyler and Mary are great, and are constantly making sure that I am getting the best treatment. Boost is ROCK SOLID!!! Thanks guys.

Outstanding staff, they are very knowledgeable and passionate in their work. The staff makes sure your techniques are correct and have the patience to assist you on your weaknesses. In addition to strengthening, they help educate you on mobility and flexibility to the needed orthopedic areas. Tyler Wasmer was the best!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
