I’ve lived at The Flats at West Broad Village for two years and am now signing for a third, and unfortunately, the experience has declined to the point where I would not recommend this community, especially at its current price point. What’s marketed as a “luxury” living experience simply doesn’t match reality. In my experience, the late-night noise from nearby nightlife establishments is constant, often accompanied by a regular police presence. I’m back for my second year at the Flats at West Broad Village. I love were I live, walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and many many restaurants. The staff here are very professional and friendly. They are responsive and go the extra mile to make me feel that I’m valued. Maintenance issues are rare but when the happen they are resolved quickly. It’s a safe, clean and beautiful community. Shout out to my leasing agent AJ.

I had a fantastic experience moving into The Flats at West Broad Village. From the very beginning, leasing agent Cole Bennett was incredibly helpful and patient; he showed me three different apartments, all of which were in great condition, making it easy to find the perfect fit. The application and approval process was impressively fast—I was able to move in in the timeframe I needed.
