I had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. The community was beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained, Katya, AJ, Cole and Alex were friendly, professional, and helpful. I truly felt valued throughout the entire experience and would definitely recommend checking out this community!
I would recommend The Flats as a place to live for the location and convenience to everything in the area. The amenities are nice and well kept along with having a golf simulator on site so you can practice and not have to leave home. The leasing staff and maintenance team are great. The property manager Katya is the best and will treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. So if you're looking for a new place to live definitely consider The Flats as your place to call home.
