First off, ExOfficio is quality for life. Customer service is sadly a lost art, but not for Melvin. Melvin is keen and has amazing CS skills and prowess. Tom is also a great support to his staff and a guru at customer service. It starts with values and valuing others. The staff holds CS in high regard... thank you.
