Been seen here multiple times. Horrible service. Unprofessional and overly chatty stuff at the front desk. Ridiculous wait times for sub par service. Avoid at all costs.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would the lady at the front desk should really ask herself if she'd like to work in health care she was not helpful at all just kept telling how she could not do this and could not do that I highly recommend not coming to this urgent care!
I just want to give a shout out to Gordon from Exodus healthcare. Thank you. You called when you didn't have to earlier on the. Review that I left. Front desk staff is very inappropriate very unprofessional went in to have something looked at and was told I supposedly owe $130 from 2024. They were unable to tell me what the charge was or what procedure or examination took place. They just claimed I owed $130 and they had sent notices to my house never received any notices. go to Exodus.
