Billed over 1000 dollars for a basic STI/Fungal infection swab. What the actual Hell. Why wasn't I told this would cost me an arm and a leg when I requested it!?!?!?! Complete lack of transparency for a swab that anywhere else would cost maybe 200$. It's legitimately criminal .
If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you even consider yourself a medical facility when every time you walk in they tell you to go to the hospital. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time.
Very helpful. Even when I fell there, after getting light headed, they were so kind and attentive
I walked in and waited to be greeted for over 20 minutes they took phone calls before greeting me at the front desk or ever saying hello or asking why I’m here even made eye contact with me then proceeded to ignore me
This is the absolute worst urgent care I have ever been to. The staff is not only unprofessional but blatantly rude. When I walked in to ask some questions and schedule an appointment, the front desk women ignored me entirely for two minutes while they finished their little personal conversation.
