I came to this clinic experiencing an asthma attack, a situation that should be treated urgently. Unfortunately, I waited over two hours without being seen or properly assisted. I eventually had to leave and go to the ER to receive the care I needed. This experience was extremely disappointing and potentially dangerous. The absolute worst. Went to urgent care for mid left back pains a few weeks ago. Doctor told me it was a torn rotator cuff without even doing any kind of exam. Just sat on her chair the whole time. It's unfortunate there aren't many options close to me unless I want to pay the ER everytime I have an after house need.
Have tried calling about 10 times in the last 3 hours left a message and still nothing. Was told I’d get my test results back this morning and haven’t heard from anyone. Very unprofessional
Took over an hour for the Dr to see my dad and wasn’t very cool. Dr said they were busy but my dad was the 2nd patient with waiting room empty. Then took another 30 minutes just to get his wound stitched. The dr didn’t stitch the wound all the way and said it’s fine when it is not. I am studying to be a nurse and I dam well know more than this Dr. Dr said the stitches dissolve but wants to see him in a few days to make sure it’s not infected.
