I was here in 2024 in the third floor The only cool nurse there was kian and the lvn nurse who gave me my medication... The social worker Karina was very rude and constantly bothered my mom if I was safe to live there... She would ask the same question to my mom every three days to "confirm" the rest of the staff is unprofessional and made someone hit themselves for having an episode an started laughing at them... This place is hell on earth. Do not trust them with your relatives and loved ones. It is like living one of those documentaries you see on tv and go wow I can’t believe people let that happen. Well this is that. I feel so sorry for the people still in there. The people that work there are rude and laugh at people who are clearly in pain and in ear shot. It is the worst hospital not helpful. They are not professional there’s a lot of discrimination. They are not using patient right . They are not giving any enough information about the patients for the family members, and what type of treatment they are giving or what type of follow up need .
