They have too many practitioners pretending to be doctors. And then you do not get the same patient care. So after 3 doctors left the facility after. Having to replace my insurance card. I decided to give up because I was tired of practitioners pretending to diagnose and treat patients improperly.
I went to the doctor at 8:30am. The doctor was knowledgeable and he was very nice. The problem was the prescription never got sent in. I called the clinic three times and each time they said they sent the doctor and the assistant a message. By 5pm, I went to the clinic to find it closed. I went to urgent care and explained that I needed my meditation because I have a bad uti. They said the urgent care doctor said he would send it in. Piss poor communication and the lie to you I just fired them
My husband and I had an appointment at 3:15 for a vaccine, the doctor finally comes in the room at 4:15 and says you know we don’t have that vaccine here? However, he said you can go to the pharmacy and get it. He supposedly sent the prescription over, I waited 45 minutes, 3 different times at the pharmacy because he sent it to Smith’s pharmacy. husband came in having a severe asthma attack. the gave him 0 treatment. sent him home with 2 VERY expired inhalers (expired in 2017) and my husband came home still not able to breathe and had to pay to go to a completely different doctor because they did nothing. Dr. Ryan is trash.
Worst doctors offices ever! Extremely unorganized.

This is the worst place that I have ever dealt with. I have been without my heart medication for a week now because they haven't sent my prescription to the Pharmacy. The assistants are terrible.
