Waited over an hour for a dot physical and a tech Dr never came in and lady told me to go to concentra. Wasted time don't go here.
I have worked with Dr. Karen Graves and she balances her care well between clinical dialogue and real person-to-person interaction/realism. She provides faith-based integrations when appropriate, but does not push them and lets me as the client decide when to explore those avenues.
I walked in to have a screening done, two employees sat there and watch me sit down. Then waited 10 minutes to tell me that they were taking an hour break and they were closing for the hour. This is so unprofessional and an inconvenience considering there was no sign that stated this. DO BETTER!
