Was supposed to be here until 5 PM for team Load coming in and guess they decided to leave early as we arrived at 3 PM and they were closed and gone home. Would have been nice if they were not going to take it today would not have rushed down to make delivery.
As a customs broker, it's most terrible service can imagine. From the beginning as default they advise that clearance can take 24 hours or more since they not always doing custom clearance but some day a week. Avoid using services of EXL as much as you can.
