We went to Exit Strategy Games for my 75th birthday with 6 in total. Four of my friends had never been to an escape room nor had ever heard of one. I booked the Butcher's room. We were greeted by TIM, and he was very patient with us and explained how it all worked. Gave us ideas of what and what not to do. He explained very well.
