James Jackson is VERY unprofessional. He sends threatening emails to people in an attempt to bully and harass people into either buying or vacating the property outside of what the owner suggest. He will even go so far as to call your lender to get the deets on what you were approved for, type of loan you applied for etc. He doesn’t adhere to any ethical standards and will stop at nothing through indecent text messages to have you do what he wants regardless of what was discussed. My business partner received a very inappropriate text message this year in November from one of their realtors by the name of Kel Richardson. No Realtor or any professional adhering to a code of ethics should behave this way. Until he is gone I will advise all of my friends and family in the hattiesburg area to avoid this company by all means.
