Was working with Jessica/Kim for almost a month . Asked about a property took a week for a response after many calls to them . made an offer, signed all the paperwork and all that. took another week for a response and instead of countering my offer like a normal seller I had waited another week just to be told it’s sold … wouldn’t do any business with them ever again or recommend anyone to them.even told them I Had cash in hand and trying to close asap
If I could give you a zero I would. I did a mutual release and was supposed to have my earnest money returned to me. First they sent it to someone in Opelika and I live in Florida. Then ,supposedly it was mailed to me days ago and I don't have it yet I'm getting my lawyer involved . Bunch of lying thieves
