The office staff have not been friendly towards me. One time they claimed I had 2 bags of garbage picked up by the garbage company when I only put out the can the night before. They added the cost of the 2 bags to the following month's rent. I didn't put 2 bags out nor did my neighbor who has the unit in the front of the lot. If I could rate in _ I would, This is by far the most disgusting the lapidated building I have ever seen due to the fact that it flooded in January I've had a mold related is illness for the last 7 months that is very well documented by physicians in this town it was sewer water it flooded the whole downstairs it did not one else including no ounce of prevention nothing in fact there are still feces coming from the wall They are by far the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with me and my neighbor confronted... read more
Dawn is very helpful and I'm just frustrated about loss of work and you can't catch a break they slap on fees court fees I lived in my other house for 10 years till they sold it . I always get cought up
