My real estate agent worked with Exit Realty (sellers realtor) on a purchase. Keys were supposed to have been sent overnight to me but never got sent. The selling agent, never sent them to the my agent. They were picked up from the selling agents business. Selling agent new closing date and when house would be occupied yet never sent the keys to to my agent. When arrived at house day one, went around the outside and checked doors.
