Exit has sold multiple properties for us. The last had a hiccup with one buyer and Marian picked right up where we left off, re-listed and had it sold in a heartbeat. She walked us through a tough time while selling my mom’s house and just kept reminding us that she was there to carry the load. We are so grateful for Marian and Exit!
my self and ex recently sold house with marion the broker of exit realty and I never did see or hear her at closing was told she was there and spent all time with ex which meant she wasnt there to also help me through signing and didnt even get a thanks after her having the privilege of selling house for me hope others in firm are not like this and did not appreciate how treated but got through it and never would use this agency again marion later agreed to compensate me a refund for what happened to me in return she wanted ... read more
Marion Duvall recently listed and sold mine and my ex's home. Ex and I were not communicating during most of the process but Marion managed to keep us both informed and made the process much less stressful. I requested to sign for closing at a different time than ex. Marion arranged separate rooms at signing. She stayed with me and the ex was in the room with the closing company folks, another realtor from Exit and the buyers.
