I was left with the task of settling my brothers estate, a very painful situation all around. Donna was very professional, excellent in communiucation and explaining what did and didn't need to be done. She went way above and beyond, taking care of some of the details we should of done, she did herself! Can't recommend highly enough.
When I first met Donna Ward about listing my property for sale, I asked if she could lower the fee I had to pay for her services as I found it a bit high for selling my home. Stated it was negotiable but we would talk about it more later.
