I hired the agent Derek Barnes, for the management of my rental property, which everything started well but I had to fire him because he began to cross lines with the tenant that were not at all professional, when I fired him he gave her my information, and advice as she can be in my property without paying rent, really stay away from this person..
Our experience with Hamid as the buyers’ agent during the sale of our home was very disappointing. His communication with us was unprofessional and, at one point, he indicated he would not recommend our property to his clients due to personal interactions rather than the quality of the home itself. This raised serious concerns about his professionalism and his ability to separate personal issues from his responsibilities as an agent.
Hamid canceled the purchase of a house that buyers were interested in only because he had personal issues (unrelated to the house) with the seller. He made it clear that the transaction won’t be happening due to his personal conflict. He is rude, arrogant, and abuses his power as a real estate agent.
Trever is a fantastic agent! Resourceful, personable, and genuinely great at what he does!
