I had a horrible experience dealing with EXIT Reality several years ago but have been waiting for my agent at the time to leave as it was no fault of hers and she was fantastic to deal with! When selling my home I was presented with two good unconditional offers and 1 fantastic one with condition of financing, I was told the financing condition was a sure thing as it was a nice couple with parents willing to cosign if needed.
