I have a development - 8 lots listed with one of there agents . Agent changed brokers to different agency... myself and listings were to follow. Sarnia Exit broker was informed to cancel and release listings. Instead of releasing my lots they were listed on mls under her own portfolio no approval no communication. I noticed on MLS that a new agent-broker Julie Jenkins had control of my listings and inquiries-sales. Extremely unprofessional.
