Itzayana and Jazzmine are very rude and disrespectful
Diana is the best I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. This was my first time working with an agent for a rental and it made life stress free. I was able to secure a 12 month lease with Diana’s help and next year I plan to buy a house with her help. Forever my agent!! Thanks again !!!
Jeremy Stansbury was extremely unprofessional in several emails where the buyers agent, the HOA, and a financial institution were all included on. He stated and I quote, "Seems like she's going to be useless unless you can reach her by phone." When he received the automated reply that our office was closed.
If I could leave less than one star for Jeremy Stansbury I would. My wife and I purchased a home with the help of our wonderful, caring and helpful agent at Long and Foster. The seller's agent, Jeremy Stansbury from Exit Realty was absolutely vacant during the process. His lack of communication with our agent led to several mishaps throughout the process, and the keys to our new home were not even present during closing.
