We wanted to sell our home in Guthrie. Looked around and seen this is who is selling majority of the houses in Guthrie. Set up a time to come and look at the house, one hour before the meeting she calls and says she doesn't want to step on the person who sold us the house toes. Seems to me she just didn't want to sell the house. Wouldn't have minded so much had she said something when we first called. Not ONE HOUR before the meeting.
This company and Bo And Krista are amazing.
Krista is always available and very professional. I love her no nonsense approach. It was smooth from start to finish. Even with the usual hiccups you experience in escrow Krista was on top of the entire transaction. I will always use Exit realty.. if there were 10 stars I would give it! Thank you Bo and Krista!
