They don’t look out for you, they are just looking to get that application fee, I did my application that was suppose to be a background check included, well it wasn’t! They called me one morning to tell me I needed to go get a background check not specifying that I need one for every county I’ve lived in, so y’all wasted my money and most importantly my time! Y’all are terrible!! 🤢🤢🤮
Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a very disappointing experience with Exit Realty today. We had an appointment to look at (at 9am) and sign the lease on a rental at 10:30am this morning. We arrived there only to find out the home had been rented last week. The front desk claimed to have called us but yet, we have no missed calls nor messages from the company. The air in the place my husband and I are renting has been messed up all summer every time I speak with someone about it, they tell me someone was suppose to come but nobody was home and they supposedly tried to call. However someone is usually home and I never have a missed call.. it's been insanely hot to the point that my 8 year old is covered in sweat and my baby can't sleep... but they don't seem to be too worried about my family and I as long as they get their overpriced rent every month.

Exit Realty Platinum y'all are the most dirty Real state agency I know!! Y'all took my money knowing the house I was going for had already been rented !! Y'all told me it would take 24 to 48 hour to process my paper work it took y'all a whole week to come up with a decision on my paper work!!! The sad part is y'all never even called me I had to call y'all... But y'all gone reap what y'all sow my money y'all didn't give me back y'all gone lose that amount a thousand times God don't like Ugly!! Nicole Hayden
