We are extremely pleased with the service we have always gotten from Kathy Hobbs and Exit Reality. We have used Kathy multiple times from selling our home to buying a new one. I have used Kathy Hobbs multiple times. Every single time she has went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth and seamless as possible. I will always use Kathy when working in that area and I will forever recommend her to family and friends!
Saw 2 of Pablo’s houses. One was awful, FHA wouldn’t of approved bc the rotted ceiling/ horrible foundation & hole in floor. Bought the other house with another agent, but Pablo & his crew didn’t want to fix what FHA was asking for. Asked for minimal things. Ended up fixing (the deck for safety, septic, etc) but the deck looked like trash after. Idk who he hired but he probably told them do whatever you have to but make it cheap, ugly & like crap. Mindy Harris is awesome!! I contacted her and told her what I was looking for. Within a matter of days, she found us a house that would fit our budget and a week later, we were approved and ready to move in. Everything happened so fast and the process was super easy.
